The concert will feature a selection of medieval chants from the Huelgas Codex (ca. 1300) and songs from “Cantigas de Santa Maria” (devotional songs to the Virgin Mary). Travel to Northern Spain through music and beautiful poetry in Galician-Portuguese to get an insight of the minds of praying souls of the 13^th – 14^th centuries.
