Join us on our Main Street steps for candlelight caroling at 5:45 p.m. followed by worship at 6:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. The evening worship is followed by a light supper at 6:30 p.m. in Watts-Hill Hall.  All are welcome!

Dear friends,

The events of this week have shaken this nation and our own community.  The numbers tell the story – we are as divided as we feared we might be.  But political division is not new to us.

The sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church will be open to the community for prayer on Wednesday, November 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  All are welcome.

STEWARDSHIP DEDICATION SUNDAY – NOVEMBER 13

Our 2017 Stewardship theme is based on Luke 12:34. Open hearts lead to compassionate giving. A loving heart is the treasure that leads to generosity. We will symbolically dedicate our pledges during worship THIS Sunday, November 13. If you have not received pledge information for 2017, please call the church office: 919-682-5511 to request a pledge packet.

Centennial Celebration FINAL Fellowship Supper

The FPC Centennial Celebration is a year-long series of events in 2016 to commemorate our having worshipped in our current sanctuary and enjoyed beautiful music from our Austin organ for 100 years. A  fellowship supper will be held on Monday evening, October 17 at 6:00 p.m. in Watts-Hill Hall.  Please reserve space for your family by completing a reservation card or responding to the EVITE.  An organ concert is planned for November.  Stay tuned!
